- Residual to be divided equally between wife Eliza Sotheron & two children Evora & Bessie Sotheron.

- Heirs not to borrow from one another, and his 2 children to aid & support their mother.

- Second codicil executed, but not dated:

— Wife shall not be able to transfer any of her inheritance to children of her first husband, as wealth has been accumulated since birth of his own children, and he has already fulfilled duties as a stepfather.

— Ratifies codicil giving wife a life interest in said real estate, and requests & directs children Bessie Sothoron & Evora Sothoron Dininger to assist their mother in retaining & maintaining home on East Fourth St., Greenville, OH.

— Names wife Eliza Sothoron as executrix.

Sothoron, Wm. Edwin was born 1 Feb 1858 in MD. He was the son of John Sothoron & Virginia Sutton, who were also born in MD. Notification was to be to Eliza Ann Sothoron (wife) of East 4th St., Greenville, OH. Admitted to Darke Co. Home, Greenville on 1 Mar 1932 & died 21 Apr 1932. (Crick*)

William Edwin Sothoron, a 74 year, 1 month, 20 day old married white male, died at 9:45 P.M. on 21 March 1932. His residence was 626 East Fourth, his wife’s name Eliza Ann Clay, and occupation Stone Mason & Laborer. He was born in Maryland on Feby. 1, 1858 to John Sothoron & Virginia Sutton, both born in Maryland. Informant was Evora Dinninger of Greenville, Ohio.

- Cause of death was Cerebral Hemorrhage. Certification was by W. A. Layer, M.D. of Greenville, O.

- Burial was at Greenville on Mar 24, 1932, Turkin & McKnight of Greenville making the arrangements. (Certificate of Death {Reg. Dist. No. 305, File No. 15360, Primary Reg. Dist. No. 8127, Registered No. 45}, Darke Co. Home, Greenville, Ohio)

Edwin Sothoron, a resident of the City of Greenville, died on 21 March 1932, leaving Eliza Sothoron, aged 70, his surviving spouse, residing at 626 East Fourth, Greenville. Only other next of kin are: Bessie S. Runion (Howard), 28 year old daughter, living in Ann Arbor, Mich.; and Evora S. Dininger (Corliss), 25 year old daughter, living at 626 E. Fourth, Greenville, Ohio. Application is made by Mrs. Corliss Dininger. She & Eliza Sothoron consent to submission of will to probate.
